1. Updated laser display controller. It can read MMC/SD cards formatted
in FAT16 file system. The packed frame files (*.frm) are generated with
MKV2 program or ild2frm.pl.

2. Updated galvo amplifier. Feed-forward (pre-emphasis) has been removed
because it tends to cause a ripple effect on the drawn line. The servo
response should be tuned by a servo gain. But the feed-forward is still
effective when cannot increase the servo gain (P-gain) due to any reason.
The time constants for LFD and HFD part in the circuit diagram should be
optimized to characteristics of your galvo.
