I created this picture because I have been inspired by "stratosphere" (video clips). I had thought that I wish to take a flight by MiG and I found a travel agency to sell the flight by russian jet fighters. The cost of flight in the stratosphere by MiG-31 becomes 16,800€. It may not be expensive, considering that neither USAF nor JASDF does not provide such service. "You have control." Oh, Really?!!!
